● Currently sixth in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES Championship Standings, Felix Rosenqvist has recorded four finishes of eighth or better in his last five starts, including his Indianapolis 500 win on May 24.
● The driver affectionately known as ‘FRO’ has an affinity for Mid-Ohio, earning his best finishes in his first and most recent appearances — a runner-up finish in 2019 and a sixth-place result in 2025.
● In the latest collaboration between Meyer Shank Racing and team sponsor SiriusXM, Rosenqvist’s car will feature a bold new Ozzy’s Boneyard (Ch. 38) and Zakk Wylde’s Black Label Society livery. The design serves as a tribute to Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away last July, just weeks after MSR debuted its first Ozzy’s Boneyard-themed livery at Mid-Ohio in 2025.
● The Honda Indy 200 will be the 43rd INDYCAR SERIES race at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Johnny Rutherford won the first INDYCAR SERIES race at Mid-Ohio in 1980.
● Felix earned the nickname ‘Papa FRO’ on May 4, when his wife Emille gave birth to their first child, a baby girl named Stella.

● There have been five winners in the first 10 NTT INDYCAR SERIES races this season, including Rosenqvist and his exciting win at the 110th Running of the Indianapolis 500.

”We’ve been very competitive on the last two road courses, so that’s a positive sign coming into Mid-Ohio. Furthermore, we were among a group of teams who actually tested here last week. It was hard to read much into it as we were testing different things than the others, but it should give us a bit of an edge. I have high hopes of continuing our recent strong form. Mid-Ohio is one of my favorite tracks, and it’s also where I had my first podium in the series back in 2019.”
